Remi Cloutier retires from consulting
role with CFSA
After many years of contributions to the Canadian Freestyle
Ski Association, in several different roles including event
director of the FIS Freestyle World Cup at Mont Tremblant
and as a corporate and government alliances consultant for
CFSA, Remi Cloutier is retiring from all official duties with
the CFSA.
“I am very proud of the work done over the years,”
said Remi. “I wish to thank all of those who helped
make the job so fascinating and pleasant; the athletes, the
coaches, the volunteers, the sponsors, the suppliers, the
staff of the CFSA, our friends at MSSi and Tremblant, and
many more. As I move on, I will continue to work with the
ski museums, the Laurentian Hospital Foundation, the Laurentian
Lakes conservation, among others, and I hope to be involved
with the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games as a volunteer.
I retire with the proud feeling that the mission has been
accomplished.”
Remi has played a significant role in building our sport,
and ensuring that the events in Quebec stayed feasible, strong,
and vibrant. We will look forward to seeing him at our events
for many years to come.
